Market is in a range bound, hardly making any progress as buying is weak. However in past two weeks, emerging market funds perform really good. See funds rank as below, DFEVX even go above 105.
On 4/13 move 401K position to DFEVX anticipating emerging market rally. Friday morning China EFT down 5% mark a concern (China is leader of emerging market). However position will be lock for one Month till 5/14, will make further decision then.
