What a day! Market open low at ~7-8% below last Friday close and bounce back half. At close, still see 1400 of 4% selling and we are at extreme bearish level (which means bullish). Almost everything has been sold in past 3 days in a row.
This level is start to be bullish but need to wait for breath flip signal as it tend to very volatile in this phase. On the other side. Market does not tend to bottom immediately after the fast selling. Chances are level of this morning (-15% from high) will be re-tested or broken before real bottom.
