08/13/2014 Daily Trading Routine

Starting posting trading homework daily. For one thing, I believe the more you share, the more you learn; for the other, posting in public will force me to stay focus doing this homework until it becomes part of my habit.

[General Market]
For big picture, market rally for a long time and get extreme bullish on early March this year. Since then market stuck in the range. Divergence happens on small caps and big caps. Looks we are in a top forming. A 20% kind of correction will likely to happen some time in future and welcome. So I can re-invest in 401K.
    For short term, no serious buying or selling. Today's a lot good setups, but only have 100+ 4% break out. This rally may work for a few days.

[Anticipation List for Swing]
This list is looking for stock in low velocity with established momentum (buyout rumor will be eliminate).

[Good swing setups in last 5 days]
(1) CDZI b/o today, I think it has some catalyst. Good entry is 9.6 and should be sold today.

(2)CLVS, bottom fish

(3) GRUB, b/o 3 days ago

(4)  ITMN, b/o today, should exit today as well while 14% move

(5) KANG, A grade setup. Should be in anticipation list. If enter <20, will exit 2nd day hit 10% target.

(6) TNAV, bottom fish, low price stock with order pull-back then b/o 2 days ago.
