A long term bull trend ended March 2014, especially true for small cap. QE also ended in Oct 2014. Now we are in long range market.
Last V shap bounce is from Oct 2014, as from Dec 2014 even short term very choppy. After 4 days up move, some selling start at the whipsaw high. We are back in the range.
