A long term bull trend ended March 2014, especially true for small cap. QE also ended in Oct 2014.
After a whipsaw period from Dec 2014, market finally b/o and move above the range. We see 2nd indicator is expanding. Now it is close to over-bought zone, be a little bit cautious but party not over yet.
