Major index has correct 10+ and RUT has corrected 15%+. Bounce be sold very quick, 10 day ratio still below 0.5. Although everything is in bearish phase, keep eye on possible rally. If there is surrendering selling which can lead to breath flip, the bottom signal we want to see.
